About this Event:
This will be a field-day hunter safety course that will include live fire exercises. Participants must attend the entire course and successfully complete the written and practical exams to obtain certification. Students are required to complete either an online Hunter Safety course or the home study chapter review questions from the student handbook. Bring the online course certificate or the completed review questions to the class for acceptance. Course booklets for Home Study may be picked up from the Tavern at the Multi-Lakes main clubhouse anytime after February 8. Please call the clubhouse at (248)363-9109 to confirm if they are open. Portions of the class will be conducted outdoors, so dress appropriately. Lunch will not be provided--students are encouraged to bring a bag lunch. Do not bring any ammunition, firearms, bows, or arrows to the course. Students may bring their own hearing and eye protection, which will also be available for those that do not bring their own.
